Maja graduated with a Masters of Physiotherapy Studies degree from University of Queensland in 2011 and pursued her career in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, working primarily in private practice. Maja combines manual therapy skills and exercise rehabilitation in managing a range of musculoskeletal conditions. Treating young and old alike, Maja manages a broad patient caseload of spinal and sporting injury pathologies, headaches, vertigo BBPV, and post-surgical orthopaedic patients.
Maja has also completed Bachelor of Science (Exercise and Sport Science) degree in 2009 before undertaking Physiotherapy. She has a special interest in sport, gym, Pilates and general health wellbeing. Maja has extensive interest in creating both home and gym exercise programmes for a variety of problems including postsurgical (joint and spinal), muscular injuries or biomechanical problems. No matter the injury, Maja takes pride to specifically tailor treatment and exercises to individual patients goals. In contrast to her sporting interest Maja has developed a particular interest in the treatment and management of chronic pain.
